MobX Games (including Blob Volley) lets you permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time. This page explains how, and exactly what is removed.
The fastest way to delete your account is directly inside the game:
1. Open the game (e.g. Blob Volley).
2. Go to Options.
3. Tap Erase account.
4. Confirm on the warning dialog.
Your account is deleted immediately and irreversibly. The app then starts fresh with a new anonymous account.
If you cannot access the game, you can request deletion by email. Send a message to contact _AT_ mobx _DOT_ app (replace _AT_ with @ and _DOT_ with .) from any address, including:
• Your in-game gamertag (shown in the multiplayer screen, e.g. #XK7W3P), and
• if you connected an email to your account, the email address you connected.
We will verify ownership and permanently delete your account within 30 days (typically within a few business days).
Deleting your account permanently removes all of the following, with no recovery:
• Your player ID and gamertag
• Your display name
• Your match statistics (rating, wins, losses)
• Your owned cosmetic items (skins, packs)
• Your friends list and friend requests
• Your connected email address (if any)
• All device authentication tokens for the account
We do not keep backups of deleted accounts. Once deleted, the data is gone. Note that purchases made through Google Play are governed by Google’s own records and refund policy; deleting your game account does not request a refund.
If you never connected an email, your account is anonymous and tied only to your device. Anonymous accounts that are not used for 90 days are automatically and permanently deleted, even without a request.
